Overview
Stock control that matches what is actually on the shelf
Most stock problems are not software problems — they are gaps between systems. Sales happen in one place, purchase in another, and the physical count lives in a notebook. By the time the three are reconciled, the numbers are a week old and nobody trusts them.
We build the whole chain as one system: a purchase order raises expected stock, a GRN confirms what physically arrived, a sale reduces stock the moment it is billed, and a transfer moves it between branches with both sides acknowledging. Everyone works on the same live table.
It is web based, so your accountant, your warehouse and your branch manager all see the same number from whatever device they have. Permissions decide who can see cost prices, who can approve a discount and who can adjust stock — and every adjustment is logged with a reason and a name against it.
