02What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Local storage is a similar mechanism that keeps a small amount of data in your browser but is never automatically transmitted to a server.
Both are used for ordinary things such as keeping you logged in and remembering a preference. They can also be used for tracking, which is why the law treats non-essential ones differently.
03What we use on our marketing website
Our marketing website is deliberately light. At the time of writing it sets no cookies at all and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

This entry is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for by choosing a language. It contains only a two-letter language code, is never sent to our servers, and cannot identify you.
Fonts loaded from Google
Our pages load the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts. Google does not set a cookie for this, but your IP address is necessarily visible to Google when your browser fetches the file. If you would prefer that not to happen, the fonts can be self-hosted instead — tell us and we will do it.
04What we use in the client area
The client area at iiwebs.com/myaccount is an account system, so it needs cookies to work at all.

Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking login. If you block them, the client area will not work.
Payment pages may be operated by our payment providers, who set their own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. Those are governed by the provider's own policy, which is shown at the point of payment.
05Our Android app
The client portal app displays the same client area and therefore uses the same essential session cookie, stored on your device so you stay signed in. It contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers. Uninstalling the app removes the stored session.
06Websites we host for clients
If you have arrived here from a website we built or host for one of our clients, the cookies on that site are set by that client and are governed by their cookie policy, not this one. We are the processor, not the controller, for those.
07How to control cookies
- Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings.
- You can clear local storage the same way, by clearing site data.
- Most browsers offer a private or incognito mode that discards everything when closed.
Blocking cookies on the marketing site costs you nothing except a remembered language. Blocking them in the client area will prevent you from logging in.
We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by default in the simplest possible way: we do not track you, so there is nothing to switch off.
08If this changes
If we later add analytics, advertising, embedded media or any other non-essential technology, we will update this policy and — where the law requires it, including for visitors in the EU and UK — ask for your consent through a banner before setting anything non-essential. We will not add tracking quietly.
